This guitar is made of all solid Woods. Carved solid sprucetop and solid maple and carved maple back. Notice the nice flamed maple. The neck is pretty narrow and has no trussrod or hidden metalbar inside. That tells its one of the first ones probably late 40ies. At that time it was the topmodel from Arnold Hoyer. The D on the head is a mystery….
The guitar was a complete wreck and I have rebuild it. It could have looked better, but now it plays well and sounds very good. Topquality imo.
